Fell off last week! Aunt Flow came, I have allergies super bad (stayed home sick one day) so I didn't end up exercising all week and didn't really watch what I ate but didn't really do too bad in that department, although my current weight doesn't show it. Had an AMAZING steak dinner last night for my daughter's 19th birthday, so we just enjoyed ourselves! Still feel like crap today (mornings are the worst part of day with allergies for me) and the dang high in Visalia, CA today is only going to be 50 degrees, and it is currently only 30....so that means I'm going to want nice hot, comfort food....but I will try to stay on track and get back to exercising this week!!! Enjoy your week all!!!!
