I added weight again. I have constipation and bloating from chemo, I think. It seems to hit every weekend but I’m disappointed.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1595 kcal Fat: 63.98g | Prot: 68.99g | Carb: 187.97g.   Breakfast: Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Against the Grain Gluten Free Rolls, Chicken or Turkey Salad, Mixed Salad Greens, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Thousand Island Dressing. Dinner: Green String Beans, Beef and Noodles (Mixture). Snacks/Other: Hostess Chocolate Creme Twinkies, Coffee, Tortilla Corn Chips, Refried Bean Dip, Tate's Bake Shop Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, Coffee with Sugar. more...
