To those of you that get frustrated weighing your food, you can complain here. Yes, I know it is a hassle but I am reminded that it works. Last night when I was listing some cheese, although I had weighed the package, I hadn't gone back to weigh what was left after I ate what I wanted. Now I know that in itself can be dangerous, if you want to keep your calories down, rather than just cutting off a reasonable portion, weighing, then stop eating when it is gone. But my calories were low, so I skipped that step. I have been weighing food for many years so can pretty much guess, but this was brie so have only been counting and weighing that type since starting Keto, so it's somewhat different looking than I was use to. What a surprise to me that my guess was nearly 50 calories low. I appreciate FS that it gives us the option on most items to count grams and not only full ounces, for more accuracy. Even though I am transitioning to maintenance I know I better keep a very close eye on what I am eating or I will go back up 3 sizes, like I did last year. At a lower weight, the fewer calories demand wise allotment. My appetite still wants all the carbs and sugars. Like they say, keeping the weight off is harder than losing it, because it is long term. I have yo yo dieted all my life. I like Keto and IF. Will I be able to keep with it?

I believe once you are at your goal, one can learn to find a carb tolerance level that will work without gaining your weight back.
