Hey! A life situation causing anxiety and depression is setting in. Not paying attention to food choices and amounts. Sigh...
144.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.6 lb a week

It's helpful to plan ahead when you're "goin' thru it"! Try not to make dealing with food part of the negative stress in your life. (No one knows how difficult this is more than I!)

This happens to me at least once a year and it can last a couple months. My best advice is once you shake it, get back on your routine. ❤️ I hope it’s not too bad.
