Looks like a 3/4 lb loss for the week. Hopefully no weekend weight gain, there's no birthdays & the hubby & I are too broke to eat out, so that should help!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
