Wow what a day! I had my yearly checkup with my dentist scheduled at 0900 followed by a cleaning at 0930 and then a follow-up with my plastic surgeon all the way in Irvine at 1315. Only they found a horizontal crack in a molar during x-ray so they decided I needed a crown. Ugh, had to get a temporary so I could run to Irvine and barely made it in time. Made it home after 4pm and hadn't eaten since breakfast. But I managed to get all my food in before bed, so all's well that ends well.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
