Well I am here and doing my Diet Free Life with Robert Ferguson. I am starting the new program and Carb Stepping for a Diabetic. I am planning out my meals and goals for my journey. Step one was to register here so I can use this to record and track my eating and progress. Second was to get my starting weight which is disgusting to me. But it is a number that i do not and will not see again.
393.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 203.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
