I am a gay guy who has struggled with my weight for as long as i can remember. Have tried plan after plan after plan to lose weight only to gain it back and more. Wanting this time to me the time it comes off and stays off. I know it is more of a Lifestyle change and then maintaining it. So I am here to track everything for eating to exercising and to do some of the challenges to get me to that healthy body I want. If you are wondering on the handle I am a dragqueen and was an Empress which is a title held in the Gay Community and basicaly a goodwill and charity ambassador.
