I am pretty stoked to be in the eighties still. after a LONG two weeks of Uni application and design work stress! :( convient food became my only food source those weeks :( But I am happy that I stayed at the same weight and now have dinally dropped of another kilo of excess fat! :D

Thinking that I need to rest more to recover. I noticed I dropped more weight faster when I wasn't working out EVERY single hour I had spare. I need to balance it out to be able to repair myself.
Lots of sleep YAY! :)
Did a weights class, WEIRD i almost double my usual, and it felt easier!.. :) my ass is feeling plump and toned NOW!
