WEEK 1 - DOWN AND DONE!
I would like to say Monday-Friday a COMPLETE A+ for Excerise Efforts and Strict Healthy Eating however..
Saturday - Sunday noootttt too much :/

Been living the busy life of a Hectic unorganised person for the past 3 months! Which resulted in putting my progress to a complete HOLT!
Since things have settled down and are much more smoother now - I have been able to bring myself back down to reality to ACHIEVE MY GOAL!
With the motivational help of a competition!
I have a friend who has just started up with the AFP and is wanting to bulk up! Since he wants Abs and I want Biceps, we have suck ourselfs into making it a competition - 'Who can achieve the best results within 14 weeks?' (which is the exact amount of time until we next see each other. So I'm gonna kick his arse in a little 'Best Body Transforamtion' Competition!

FINISH DATE: 22nd April 2013

I am pretty stoked to be in the eighties still. after a LONG two weeks of Uni application and design work stress! :( convient food became my only food source those weeks :( But I am happy that I stayed at the same weight and now have dinally dropped of another kilo of excess fat! :D

I need to rest more to recover
. I noticed I dropped more weight faster when I wasn't working out EVERY single hour I had spare. I need to balance it out to be able to repair myself.
Lots of sleep YAY! :)

Completed a good Step workout
WITHOUT
feeling like I was going to die! Actually pushed myself more! and Looked like a PRO!
Rewarded myself with trying on my old clothes I hid away, becasue I couldn't fit into them anymore!
Lets just say, I may not weigh much less, but My wardrobe just expanded with more variety of fav shorts & dresses
BECAUSE THEY NOW FIT OVER MY HIPS NOW!
Dare I say, I was looking HOT! ;)
I am very proud of myself, even if it take me a year to get the BEST body. Im just TOO excited to see how far I can go! What will the next 4 weeks bring me?
I swear going thru old clothes that you couldn't fit into anymore is more exciting than shopping its self!
Its all styles of clothes that you LOVE, because you picked it.
It's free, because its been paid for already
And you get it try it on in your own room, taking ALL the time in the world to admire yourself.
Plus you get to see the REAL difference that you made to yourself.

last time i try this on, It could only reach to my thighs. ZIP! Wait did I fit into these?
Exhibit B:
This dress was soo tight I couldn't fit my arms in the sleeves, or even button it over my waist. Wait, thats weird.. its too loose?
Exhibit C:
This dress was soo short on me because my arse was huge! Oh, hey it actually covers my arse now!
