Yay!!! my scale kept acting like it didn't work, going up 10 lbs and then down again, but at this my usual weekly weigh in, it shows the loss I was hoping was continuing. Whew! I really really love losing weight. My measurements are 42, 34 43, which is showing a vast improvement. I even ate a bunch of cantaloupe and real Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream two days ago. I shouldn't have, but my guest was getting some and I just felt like a Scrooge not eating anything at all when he is here. Haha! I'm so proud of myself.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
