1321 kcal Fat: 24.30g | Prot: 137.93g | Carb: 142.06g.   Breakfast: coffee, Milk (nonfat, dry, instant), Blueberries, raw, protein, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: kinako, lettus, Fat Free Chedder Cheese, whole grain bread (wegmans), chicken. Dinner: Cabbage , Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked) . Snacks/Other: 100 Calorie Butter Popcorn, senbei, quaker rice snack, pure protein. more...
