Yesterday was weird. I felt like I simply Could Not Get Enough To Eat! All day long I was just Starving!! I tried to get through it by eating small things often, but my stomach was actually, audibly growling! I did pretty well keeping within my RDI until after dinner. Sorry - just had to have something more, and crunch and salt fit the bill. So it was the tortilla chips that threw me over. And maybe also the bacon-cheese half-sandwich. Yes, in spite of that, I'm down another pound today. Weird.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
