Was sick with virus this week. Did well until Super Bowl Sunday and overate carbs via crackers and cream cheese.
286.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 111.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I have got some virus going around that is long lasting. Been 12 days now. Been to doctor, labs drawn, not flu but boy just wears you down. Haven't been able to get to gym. Hope it ends soon :)
