It's all going slowly but the best things always take time and it will be easier to keep it off when it comes off gradually. This isnt a diet, its a lifestyle and once that is accepted everything else becomes easier. Loving the journey and seeing the resluts of hard work.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
