I plan my week ahead of time on the weekend. Chopping up my veggies to snack on, cooking chicken breasts, and making sure I have healthy snacks that I need for the week including all of the fruits, veggies and carbs so that I don't fail. Set yourself up for sucess by planning your week out with the lunches and dinners that you will have. Pre-pack snack size ziplock bags with your snacks for the week so it's easy.
