Done with "Eat to live" which should be called "Eat so you don't want to live any more".
I really didn't exercise much during that period, and so I am going to flip flop the strategy. Now I am going to focus on more fitness, and less on the eating. Happy to be back able to enjoy a few simple things in life.
Trying to take away from the experience some new eating habits: Add salad, greens and vegetables in large quantity to every meal to dilute out the fat and carbs. Eat fruit as snacks and treats. No sugary treats at work.
