Done with "Eat to live" which should be called "Eat so you don't want to live any more".

I really didn't exercise much during that period, and so I am going to flip flop the strategy. Now I am going to focus on more fitness, and less on the eating.
Happy to be back able to enjoy a few simple things in life.

Trying to take away from the experience some new eating habits:
Add salad, greens and vegetables in large quantity to every meal to dilute out the fat and carbs.
Eat fruit as snacks and treats.
No sugary treats at work.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
