OK So how do you gain weight when you only eat 1300 calories! Aargg! OK I am going to just keep trying. I know that the main difference for me over the past month is that I haven't been working out. Haven't found/made the time. Well, that has got to stop. Today, I work out!

And today, I keep to my plan.
