OK So. I really went off the right path this last weekend. But in the past two days I have done really well. Exercised both days and ate under 1500 calories. The scale isn't moving but I have faith that with continued staying on track, it will.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
