back to goal. (Goal range is 140-145.)
NOW: MAINTENANCE.

That's the hard part.

I've lost this 30 pounds at least 10 times over the past 35 years.

I DO NOT WANT TO DO IT AGAIN.

I've cleaned out my closet and gotten rid of most of my larger sized clothes. (I used to hang on to them, knowing that it was a real possibility that I might need them again.)

I'm learning to accept that my 60 year old body, even at its goal weight, is going to be slightly different than the same size and weight at a different age. Not 100% there yet.

I'm focusing on lifting weights now to strengthen my muscles because at my age, that's essential. (Maybe at any age.)

Following the Half Size Me Community for support in making Healthy Habit changes but, honestly, in spite of my faithfulness in listening... my mindset is still about food as reward.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
