Yesterday was a killer, my whole body hurt. I've done something to my right ankle which make walking down hill painful, and because of it my whole gait is off. I don't want to give up walking [wont give it up] but I'm paying for it right now.
185.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
