12 days of good eating and exercise of various types. Takes three weeks to build a habit, apparently. Half way there.

PS - turns out walking 4 hours a day at work has been helping. Who knew?
207.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
