This week I ate a bit too much sausage and bacon and salty stuff. I do retain fluids and have to watch that. I am hoping that next week will show a different weight loss story. The basement is dry, the walls are being repaired. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful day!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad you've dried out now and hopefully everything is back in place. A bit of sunshine makes the world look a better place. Keep an eye on those salty foods!
