Amazing how fast the weight is coming off, 8 lbs since last Tuesday, simply by cutting out breads, pastas, rices and processed foods. And drinking all the water...😜

That is precisely what I did Sept 2018, still sticking to it, I will have some pizza now and again but very limited. Also, Lettuce wrapped burgers are awesome!!
