Yesterday was a lift day and I worked harder than usual. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down .4% and is at the top of my desired range...
155.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
