So happy with today’s results. This week has been relatively easy. Settled into a 16/18:8/6 fast:feast pattern of intermittent fasting. Period week which slowed loss down a little but I seem to have caught up now.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
