P90x 4 days a week, eating better. My pants feets better but I didn't lose 2 to 3 punds like planned. My goal fpr this next 2 weeeks it's to lose 3 pound. Let's doi't!
213.2 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
