Well, seems like I'm at a road block. I have not gained nor lost weight. Tonight I'm looking at my food log and see what I can change. I'm walking more and excersizing. Hopefully by next week I can see a small change.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
