I'm making myself crazy on Atkins!!! I see large drops in weight, and I feel like things are going well and then my weight shoots back up and I freak out.

I think Weight Watchers is at least a better fit for me logically, so here I go again.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Going from Atkins to WW can mean a gain on the scale, since you don't eat many carbs on Atkins. I would slowly add in the carbs weekly. You need to give it a month to get your body used to a different way of eating. But you should be fine. WW is a good plan. Good luck!
