It's my birthday! I'm being a little lenient on what I eat, as long as I don't go crazy on the cake today. We're buying it in slices, so it's not like I'll have the option to eat that much. I'm sticking to one slice, and maybe another later in the week when I celebrate with my BFF. I had some bacon this morning, too, but I haven't had bacon in at least half a year and I hear there's a shortage coming. So bacon seemed like a good birthday breakfast (with potatoes! Another favorite :P).

I lost .7 pounds over the last week. Someone said I was brave, weighing in on my birthday. I figured I've been doing pretty well and could risk being disappointed. But I wasn't! It's almost a whole pound, which was my goal for this week. I knew that the four pounds from last time wasn't going to be a weekly thing. Plus, since I use my WiiFit board as a scale I got wished happy birthday on there, too, which I didn't know it did. The confetti it had was cool, since I don't normally get that on my Bday (digital or otherwise).

Everything is going pretty well, though. I reached another one of my goals, to get my sugar consumption below 50 grams per day. This week I'm trying 40 or less, but won't be too disappointed if I only make it to 45 or less. Slow steps will make it easier to keep to and stick with.
255.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 110.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
