I'm back off a 10 day road trip , and my plan didn't work out so well for me, as the weight incressed more than I hoped. I shouldn't be suprized though, no matter how well you eat, spending 10+ hours a day in a car dosn't leave a lot of room to work out. Oh well no use crying over spilled milk, back to work now that I'm home, I'll take the weight back off.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
