So, I'm down 2 pounds from the Disney gain. I'm glad I lost the two pounds, but it's really frustrating how fast you can gain, and how slowly you lose...oh well.

I'm feeling a little better today than yesterday, but I still cry at random times, and I'm quieter than usual.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad you're feeling better today. It will take a while to feel back to normal. Good thing that the scales are being kind to you. And I hear you about how unfair it is with how quickly the weight comes on and how slowly it comes off. I guess that's where they got the saying "a minute on lips, a lifetime on the hips" from. Uggg. Definitely not words of inspiration! Hang in there, my friend.

Awe honey, I'm so sorry about your loss. Gosh, there just is no rhyme or reason. Try to remember all the great times that you know and have had the blessings to have shared. Time will heal. With the stresses, the body can slow down and need more time to readjust and get back into the groove. I'm sure you'll be back down in no time! Keep on kickin' butt girly, you can do it!! :)

So sorry to hear about your loss..this must have been hard on your family especially as it happened so out of the blue. Don't regret anything you could or could not have done---you couldn't have predicted anything, so you couldn't have known. I wish you all the strength to deal with this sad news. I'm proud of you to continue the good fight despite the lowered spirits. And yay for losing the 2 pds!
