Fell last night down 2 steps. Nothing broke but knee, calf, and foot are messed up. Hope this doesn’t delay my weight loss since I can’t work out like I have been. I’ll have to really watch what I’m eating.
237.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 18.9 lb a week
