This is great! And so easy! At this rate I should get down to 182lbs (13st) by the assembly. Side note: key tones at 60 last night! Not sure if they should be that high.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would not worry about the number that much. Maybe add a tad more protein to your diet so you keep up with your lean body mass.
