Not going to lie, this is disheartening. I've hit a bump in the road, and can't get over it. Hopefully this week will be some improvement. I've started dancing again so hopefully that will help. :(
156.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
