Dedication is the key to losing weight. Sometimes the body may lose weight quicker in the beginning because you're not giving it those foods that are high in fat & calories anymore and is giving it food it can actually use for energy. However, later the weight lost will seem to slow down, but that's the time you really need to be dedicated w/your diet. Because it's not only just a diet anymore where you're concerned about what you can & cannot eat...it now becomes a lifestyle that should include some type of daily exercise, focusing more on daily nutrition, and getting the proper rest. Stay dedicated to those things and the weight will continue to fall off stedily. So hang in there & I'm rootin for ya!
