It can be frustrating to see that, but it's well within the range of just plain, normal, everyday fluctuation. You're still down 6 pounds for the last 2+ weeks so you're doing well. Continue to stay away from the Atkins bars (for now...) and get back into your habit of logging all your foods....every food, every meal, every day. Esp. in these early stages, those complete food logs can help you pinpoint any difficulties that may occur. Without the food logs, well, it's next to impossible for anyone to know definitively what might be causing any problems, if they occur. Good luck!

It's hard work, and frustrating at times, but you've lost 6 pounds! Don't give up! Logging your food (every thing that enters your mouth) can be extremely helpful in identifying hidden stuff. I reviewed the three days food you have posted, and you are eating a lot of half and half and whip cream. Are you willing to try something? Try using only 1 T of half and half in your coffee instead of 3. Then cut the whip cream to one serving. These are high-fat dairy products, and while they are acceptable on Atkins, they need to be used in very small doses. Try it for a week and see if it helps. Another thought is meeting with a liver specialist. They should have some ideas for you about nutrition and how you can avoid damaging your liver.
