Hey Thanks What I meant was @ the atkins site I could just click each water icon & I knew how much I drank every day. I do like your idea, I guess Im looking for an easier way. Still messin' /w it on my food entries & still hope to find a way...Congrads on your weight loss!

Ive been trying to count my daily water intake (like on the Atkins site). Since Ive been on FS, I know my intake has gone down, so Im trying to find a way to keep track. Any ideas out there?
