My cravings are getting stronger and I'm feeling guilty, glad I'm losing weight but thinking how much better it could be if I were to eat right all the time and run 30min and exercise 6 days a week at least, I will be on a routine by the end of the year.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
