Not as much as I expected. I really expected more water weight gain from what I ate yesterday. We had a game for the middle and a birthday party for the oldest which meant eating in town. Taco Bell for lunch and I left the last 1/4 of the quesadilla as my portion control and stuck to one taco instead of two. For the party I shared a big bag of popcorn with my two youngest kiddos and we only ate half so 1/4 was for me I think. I ate half the candy bar I had planned and one plate for dinner at the Chinese buffet. I dislike Chinese therefore that’s as easy! I had one piece of garlic bread! 10 fried chicken pieces that you are supposed to put the sauces on and a cup of bananas, peaches and cantaloupe. I was going to skip the cookie cake but yeah... that stuff is crack in cookie form I swear! I did stick to one piece about the size of a large cookie from the same place. We have half left.

Will I have another piece? Well that depends on how fast the kids gobble it up lol. If it’s there after dinner or tomorrow morning then yes, I’ll be having more. I don’t really want to be kn this diet anymore honestly. I’m really missing things like cookie cakes and Taco Bell. I’d like to go back to having that whenever I want and not worrying about it. However I’m also afraid that I’ll gorge because I’ve restricted that stuff for so long now. Of course I do this every few months and so far I’ve splurged but I always come back to CICO and logging and eating better. It’s nice for eating better and eating less to be a habit but it also sucks lol. I do know that these feelings are because I don’t feel well-again! Was up half the night trying to decide if I should stay up in case I got sick, go ahead and sleep or do some exercises to bring it on faster so I could get it over with. I decided to sleep on the bathroom floor. Woke up many times from 2-10am but never did get sick! I feel like I never slept though. Blurry vision, headache, stomach is sore like I did get sick, ears are draining from allergies and this rain we’ve been getting... I’m having a super late breakfast of ramen in a cup just to see how I feel with that. If I feel good then I’ll eat lunch. If not then it’s chicken noodle soup for me or nothing and wait for dinner. Hoping it was just a quick bug that I managed to sleep through the worst of and that my family wasn’t exposed! We have a huge BB tourney starting tomorrow. It’s a BIG deal around here!! My kid gets to play! Of course her school is the host and she’s a starter so it’s a given but still. So between the kids we have 4 games this week, a meeting and two practices as well as a possible sleepover this weekend (the kids are still planning and it kind of depends on the games. If they win tomorrow then we can, if they lose then we have to wait and see how the game Thursday turns out). We don’t have time for anyone to be sick. This is a week where Friday is our only free day after today lol. Practice was moved so today I can lay around and make sure I don’t get sick. 😁
