Weight is the same, but I think I lost maybe half an inch to an inch off my waist? Forgot to measure before I started, so I can only guess right now. But not too far off from where I want to be (or it least it doesn't seem far)!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some times you have to let your body readjust itself to the new weigh. Try changing your exercise routine that switching stuff up helps.
