I completely forgot to write up my calorie intake yesterday and I did eat some stuff I swore I wouldn't, but my excuse is receiving a care package from home with all my favorite foods that aren't sold here. I just had to try a bit of everything! :) Making progress feels good, however.

Weight is the same, but I think I lost maybe half an inch to an inch off my waist? Forgot to measure before I started, so I can only guess right now. But not too far off from where I want to be (or it least it doesn't seem far)!

Back where I started. Got into a fight with a friend, didn't get any sleep, and I feel like I'm still sick. Felt super dizzy with smaller portions earlier in the day, so I loaded up on dinner. I know I can start again tomorrow when I feel better. I think it's healthier than feeling unwell and weak in the moment. I might do some walking on the treadmill tonight just to catch up on my daily steps (walking to the grocery store didn't give me enough), and to tire myself out throughly so I sleep well later.

Late breakfast today, since I slept in (caught a cold). So zucchini-oatmeal-cottage cheese cakes for breakfast, with some sour cream and pear for dessert.
