I haven’t stepped onto the scale for nearly a month. Was working lots of OT, cleaning house to host the kids for a Christmas dinner and still trying to get the spouse over pneumonia. I was tired, run down & flat out depressed. I just didn’t care what I ate or how much. So I knew today would not be pretty. My bike is stuck in storage & it won’t stop raining so I live in a muddy muck with nowhere to walk. Gotta find my gumption and get it all back in control.
