-a lot of eating out, but at least healthy (:
-not enough raw food ):
-not enough liquids...
-no bread, no refined sugars, little salt, little oils
-no meat, fish, milk, eggs, cheese or butter (but that's by default)
-some fried stuff (oh shit!)
-some beers, no other alcohol
-plenty of tea, some coffee (but I should cut that down too, I get too hyperactive and I am already quite an hyperactive person)
-a lot of nuts and seeds (but espacially fatty ones like macadamia, coconut, brazilian nut, sesasme, etc.)
-plenty of veggies, rice, chickpeas, lentils, potatoes, noodles, sushi, spelta, oats, and other grains and beans
-and plenty of nice fruits and home made organic healthy sweet stuff (:
-cycling everywhere but not much other exercise
-love, happiness, peace and no stress {:
116.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
