I stumbled a lot during the first week of the Whole Life Challenge, BUT, I still managed some favorable results!! Will keep moving forward and improving!!
336.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
