Water fasting since Monday 9pm.
Keto before that to prepare.
Doing Death by Burpees and bouldering.

So yeah, not my true or sustainable weight.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.0 lb a week
