I haven't weighed in for at least 6 months. This week in represents my first since I have quit smoking. So if one gained 5 lbs it's still a success over quitting that horrible habit. My new goal is no fast food and no soda. I've got 5 days on that one, which is great considering I was eaying a mc donalds breakfast daily.
Today's weight will change over the next 7 days... and my bad habit breaking will be a success!!!👏👏👏👏
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Egg mcMuffin has great macros and calories! Just log it. Dont get hashbrowns and watch the cream in the coffee. You cant measure that because they put it in for you.
