Yesterday was first day of Phase 3 on increased Calories. I had just under 1400 calories and was surprisingly full. No weight gain. Yeah.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
