Between Thanksgiving and New Years, I gained 7lbs. I was eating gluten, dairy and sugar. Since Jan 1st, I've lost 4lbs, just from cutting those 3 things out. When I go back to work this week, I'm confident I'll lose the last 3lbs, because I walk around the campus a lot.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
