well sometimes getting layedoff from work is good.not to worry only 4 weeks.have lots of time to workout been
walking ten miles a day.so smash/workout/smash/workout/smash some more
just feeling great/no braging here long road ahead
just a crazed man on a mission lol / dont stop smashing
312.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
